During the day of March 10 in the municipality of Banes a visit was received presided over by Yunia Pérez Hernández, Vice Governor of the province of Holguín, who was accompanied by directors of entities involved in the housing program.
They toured the municipal Housing, Physical Planning, Domus and construction units of the municipality to evaluate the fulfillment of the plans and actions to obtain better results.
Due to the importance given to the attention given to the population, a work team reviewed the pending cases to be answered, the work system for the follow-up of complaints and documents related to this work, which allowed to verify that there are deficiencies in some agencies in the follow-up and issuance of answers to the questions.
Taking into account the negative trends that impede optimal functioning, a call was made for the creation of multisectoral commissions to visit complex cases that require it and seek objective alternatives to solve the problems.
The conclusions of the visit were made at the headquarters of the Government of Banes, where the deficiencies detected in the organizations visited were presented.
Yunia Pérez Hernández called for taking advantage of the municipality's potentialities, assuming initiatives and proposing new alternatives to solve the problems.
