Hours of dedication and humanism characterize our nursing professionals in the municipality of Banes, who in the morning hours of Thursday, May 12, celebrated the International Nursing Day at the Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico Doctor Carlos Font Pupo, a health institution from which they confronted, from the very heart of the red zones, the covid-19.

This space became a propitious moment to strengthen the bond between several generations of nurses who dedicate their days to save the most precious good, life. The unconditional work of these professionals in all the scenarios in which Cuban Public Health has been present, both in the country and abroad, was also recognized.
Sensitivity and altruism characterize these professionals who, very close to the patient, demonstrate with their daily actions the reality of Cuba, a country that bets on the health of its people.
