Diferentes formas y facilidades de pago del servicio eléctrico para los clientes

The electric company offers its customers different ways and facilities to pay for electric service so that each person can find out which is the easiest way to do it and apply it as he/she wishes:
- Personal payment to the collector reader: according to the collection plan of the municipality in the first fortnight of each month the presentation of the routes to the collection by the collector readers is made, in which the customer is notified of the amount to be paid through the consumption notice, it is the first payment option available to customers, this notice reflects the date on which the term is due, ten (10) working days later. This is only valid for field routes, in city routes the reader ONLY notifies the customer of the amount to be paid.
- Payment at the commercial office: at the collection windows of the branch office located at 1802 Bayamo Street, every working day, from 7:30 am to 11:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
- Payment at the post offices (Banes, Macabí and Deleyte): through the counters of these offices or to the letter carriers, always 3 days before the due date shown on the consumption notice.

- Payment through ATMs: with the user's personal magnetic card, he/she goes to the option payment of services, payment of electricity and enters the customer's code (unique in the country), which has 13 digits, the customer receives the route data, folio and amount to be paid, which the person can verify with his/her notice, the cashier deducts it from the cash he/she has and gives him/her a receipt that must be kept as proof of payment, always 3 days before the due date that appears on the consumption notice.
- Payment by telebanking: it is a card that is given to bank workers, or that can be requested at the bank, as long as the customer has a magnetic card with the option to pay for electricity, the payment must be made 3 days before the due date that appears in the consumption notice.
- Payment by mobile banking (transfermovil application): through your cell phone, request in the bank the service and it is an application that you can also use for the payment of the electric service and that offers the 3% discount, you must make it 3 days before the date of its expiration that appears in the consumption notice, it is important that customers with overdue accounts CANNOT PAY THROUGH THIS OPTION, only at the window, because after expiration a cut-off order is issued and when it is sent to our office it is detected at the moment, but when you pay through this method it may take up to 3 days for the payment notification to arrive.

- Payment through the EnZona platform: it is an application that works through mobile data, it offers the benefit of a 6% discount and can also be accessed from a PC.
- Payment by electronic post: the post is installed at window # 1 of the Sucursal Eléctrica and is applicable for customers who do not have cash or wish to make the payment by personal magnetic card with a balance in the same, a ticket will be issued as proof of payment of the service by this option.
