The Electric Utility informs customers about the procedure established when there are closed houses in the billing process of the monthly consumption of electric energy.
According to the Electric Law 1287 "The user will allow and give all the necessary facilities to the company's workers to access the property to obtain information related to the use of electric energy, readings, verifications and any investigation related to the electric service".

It is through the metering equipment (meter) that the customer's consumption is determined during the course of the month, in case there is no access to it, the historical average consumption will be charged according to the consumption of the previous 12 months.
That is why we request your cooperation so that the reader collector has access to the meter meter on the corresponding days according to the route and each customer can be billed for what was actually consumed in the month, the reading process runs from the 19th to the 30th or from the 20th to the 31st according to the days of each month.
